After working in Human Resources for years I have learned a thing or two about utilizing key words throughout a resume to pass through hiring AI systems. Many companies have software programming that will scan every resume to come through the system and search for keywords to match the skills and qualifications they're looking for. The goal is to match your resume to the jobs you are applying for.
Most job qualifications will say things like, "strong attention to detail" and "excellent oral and written communication skills." Keeping this in mind you can sprinkle these throughout your resume whether it's under "key competencies" or your duties at each role. This will maximize the percentage of a match you possess to the role and it will push you through to the next round, ultimately booking the interview! *fingers crossed*
